The wonderful views pair well with the evening’s events. Each session offers one hour of gentle yoga. This is a slow paced, mostly grounded practice with an emphasis on forgiving, stress-relieving poses. This is the perfect hour of activity after a long and arduous day. It’s appropriate for all abilities and all ages. Comfortable athletic clothing is suggested, but consider bringing a warm sweatshirt.

Afterwards, stop by the beautiful tasting room to select the wines you loved, and learn more about the history of the vineyard, the peninsula, and the region as a whole!
