The next installment of the highly popular Small Plates brings you a great chance to explore Leelanau County.

We love showing off the incredible wineries of Leelanau County, and if there’s tapas involved, we’re even more excited! Small Plates is the best way to bring food and wine together, and on April 8, you get to see spring bloom, too. It’s about time! After a cold March, the area wineries are ready to feature the fresh and the new for the season. You can expect this edition of Small Plates to be special! The temperatures are getting warmer, the days are longer and the nights are heating up. We love this time of year, and events like Small Plates make it even more special.

Participating wineries offer tapas pairings in the evening for Small Plates. Many of the wineries even work with local chefs and restaurants to up their game. Meet the people behind Northern Michigan’s tremendous food and wines, all in a single night. Tickets do go quickly, so make sure you have yours in advance. We’re offering tours that make sure you get to all the wineries you want to during the Small Plates evening, which runs from 6pm to 9pm. Your four-hour tour can start earlier, too, to make sure you’re somewhere pleasant before a breathtaking sunset in Leelanau County.

This is a gourmet, upscale evening that foodies will certainly savor. You can expect stellar food with expertly crafted wine, plus some wonderful company at each winery.
