Looking for some fall fun in Northern Michigan? Head to Rove Estates this weekend!
There are few things as charming and memorable as a fall festival. Northern Michigan is full of great autumn events for the whole family! The Fall Family Day at Rove Estate is a special way to spend time together, with something enjoyable for everyone.
Rove Estate is located just west of Traverse City on M-72. Leelanau County is absolutely stunning this time of the year, and the Fall Festival comes as the Country nears peak color. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and you don’t have to go far to feel completely removed from city life to get to the quiet, country setting of Rove Estate.
For adults, there is, of course, wine tasting, including a look at the process of the newly harvested grapes as they enter the fermentation process. Visitors will also pick up a souvenir tumbler, donuts, and hand-pressed cider, plus a wagon ride!
There’s plenty to keep the kids busy, too. There will be a huge lawn packed with fun games, a chance to hand-press cider, pumpkin donuts, and hourly wagon rides. It’s the stuff childhood memories are made of!
Maybe most exciting is the incredible weather forecasted for Saturday. At the moment, they’re predicting temperatures as high as 72 degrees, with sun and soft breezes to make the day even more fun.
